Take our personality quiz. Answer questions about likes, dislikes, location, language – anything that can help us tailor your group.
Get matched.
Based on your responses, we match you with like-minded parents (with similar-aged kids) in your area.
Book your ticket.
Each Thursday we send an invitation to everyone in Sleepless Club. If you want to attend that week, confirm your place.
Meet up.
Meet-ups are every Wednesday morning, usually in a cafe. 5 parents/future friends. All locations are baby-friendly. We book a table, you turn up.
Our locations.
All our locations are baby-friendly. We know, because we’ve vetted them in advance. Locations will usually be a café or restaurant, and we make sure they have:
- Baby change facilities
- Enough space for a fleet of prams
- Step-free access
- A park nearby
- A laissez-faire attitude to mess

How is Sleepless Club different?
Sleepless Club isn’t a ‘dating app for parents’. It’s for socialising in person with other parents, and making lifelong friends.
We match you, we book a table, and you meet up. It’s that simple. You can just try it once, or lots of times.
You were a person before becoming a parent. You can still meet new, interesting people, who happen to be parents too. It’s just finding them that’s the hard bit!
